On June of 2020, LINBAY MACHINERY has made astainless steel roll forming machinefor Chinese Cable tray factroy.Stainless steel cable trayis widely used in food factory, wastewater treatment plant. Its advantage is clean and antiseptic.
The thickness ofstainless steel cable trayis 2mm. We use JH21-315 punch press for the perforation, make speed up to 10m/min. To reduce the burr on the surface of cable tray, we use the twist system which is seen at tube mill machine, so the finished profile doesn't have this problem. Besides, ourroll forming machinecan make the angle radius as smaller as we can, even better then press brake machine.
