On June of 2020, LINBAY MACHINERY has made a stainless steel roll forming machine for Chinese Cable tray factroy. Stainless steel cable tray is widely used in food factory, wastewater treatment plant. Its advantage is clean and antiseptic.
The thickness of stainless steel cable tray is 2mm. We use JH21-315 punch press for the perforation, make speed up to 10m/min. To reduce the burr on the surface of cable tray, we use the twist system which is seen at tube mill machine, so the finished profile doesn't have this problem. Besides, our roll forming machine can make the angle radius as smaller as we can, even better then press brake machine.
