Today we welcome the inspector from HQTS organization come to our factory for investigating our roll forming machine. After that, we will get a Certificate of Inspection, I have it in my hand. This document is very important and necessary in importing and exporting roll forming machines to Iraq. The customer in Iraq need this certificate when he makes customs clearance.
This production line has two misaligned hydraulic decoilers. The roll forming part is a double row structure. One row is to produce the gutter profile and other row is for ridge cap profile. This design can safe the space and is more economic. Two profiles are controlled by our PLC, we use Panasonic brand PLC, Yaskawa brand inverter, Schneider brand electrical apparatus element which are with quality assurance and it’s easy to replace if damaged.
Before the shipment, Linbay makes our own quality test, we will put steel coils and run our roll forming machine to check if the machine work well, how is the profile came out, and we repaint machine structure and coat rollers with rust-proof oil, wrap up the spare parts.
The inspector will check all details same as our offer and packing list to make sure that the goods inspected are in conformity with the quality, quantity and packing of the goods delivered and are strictly complying with the specifications of the good indicated in the relative commercial invoice.
