Today we have shipped a C&Z&Sigma profile roll forming machine to India. This machine weight is 20 Tons, we load it into one 40HQ and one 20GP container.
This machine can make C and Z and sigma profile with a big range of sizes: width 80-350mm, height 40-100, thickness:1-3.5mm. The punch hole equipment is also manually adjustable, cutsomer has chose many different sizes and shape of punch dies, so it can make lots of profiles.It's an economical machine with a broad use at steel frame system. It's best solution for new construction companies.
Our machine change C to Z only need to twist 4 hand wheel, it's a new design and it can reduce a lot of adjustment time and increase production.
