    Hydraulic decoiler-Guiding and feeding-Embossing part- Siliting device-Roll forming machine

    Hydraulic Decoiler

    We install a pressure arm on the decoiler to secure the steel coil in place during coil replacement, preventing sudden release and potential harm to workers. Additionally, steel protective blades are installed to prevent coil slippage during the decoiling process. This design not only protects the steel coil and the machine but also ensures worker safety.

    Guiding Embossing Part

    Guiding bars maintain alignment between the steel coil and the machine, ensuring the profile's straightness. Throughout the entire forming line, multiple guiding rollers are strategically placed for enhanced precision.

    Typically, embossing is around 2 mm deep, but in this solution we've increased it to 4 mm for clearer and more pronounced patterns.

    Slitting Device & Wastage collector

     

    Before the steel coil enters the forming rollers, it encounters the slitting devices on the left side. As the width of coils purchased from the steel mill generally are close to but not the actual feeding width of this profile, this device assists in cutting and collecting excess width, saving expenses on coil slitting at the steel mill.

    Roll Forming Machine

    Shipment

    This roll forming machine employs a wall panel structure and chain-driving system. Due to the steel coil's strength reaching 350MPA, the forming speed is slightly reduced to deal with harder forming work. The coil passes through a total of 33 sets of roll forming stations, ultimately producing a metal deck profile on customer drawings.

    Hydraulic Cutting Machine & PLC

    This cutting machine generates approximately 8mm of waste per cut, but with minimal burrs on the cut edges. Operators can control production speed, set dimensions, cutting lengths, and more through the PLC screen. The encoder along the production line converts sensed steel coil lengths into electrical signals, allowing the cutting machine to control cutting errors within 1mm, ensuring high-quality products and minimizing waste from incorrect cuts.
